General Provisions
This purchase and return policy applies to purchases of artworks in our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to comply with it.
Products and Their Description
The store sells original artworks and (if applicable) their reproductions/prints. Each artwork description provides basic information: size, technique, materials, etc. Please note: due to screen settings, colors in reality may differ slightly from those shown in the photos.
Order and Payment
An order is considered confirmed when we receive payment (or when you receive confirmation of successful payment). If an artwork is unique and becomes unavailable at that time, we will inform you and offer an alternative or refund the amount paid.
Delivery
Artworks are delivered to the address you provide. We pack shipments responsibly to ensure the artwork is protected during transport. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend inspecting it as soon as possible. If the packaging is visibly damaged, if possible—document this with the courier or take photos.
Returns (Withdrawal from Contract)
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, except in cases specified below under “Exceptions.” To return a product: email us and provide the order number; return the product within 14 days of notification of withdrawal; the product must be undamaged, unused, returned with original packaging and all accessories (if any). by email and provide your order number; return the item within 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal; the item must be undamaged, unused, returned in its original packaging and with all accessories (if any). Return costs are covered by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed or the product was defective/delivered incorrectly.
Exceptions—When Returns Do Not Apply Returns under the 14-day rule generally do not apply to: works made or customized to individual order (e.g., specific size ordered, framing, personalized inscription, or other individual specification); digital products delivered electronically if their delivery has begun (e.g., downloadable files), where applicable under law. (If you only sell original unique artworks and no personalization is offered—this exception may be unnecessary or applicable only to framing.)
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product and assessing its condition, we will refund the money using the same payment method used for payment, within a reasonable timeframe (usually within a few business days). If the product is returned damaged or with signs of use, we may reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the product’s value.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and include photos (of the product and packaging). In such cases, we will arrange for replacement, repair (if possible), or a refund.
